An eSIM is a virtual SIM card. You won’t have to insert a physical SIM card in your device. You will receive a QR code to scan which will install directly the eSIM on your device. Your device needs to be compatible with eSIM cards. If your device is not compatible with e-sim cards you won’t be able to download the eSIM and to communicate with it
Please find the list of eSIM compatible devices
The SIM format is compatible with all devices available on the market. It is a triple cut SIM, mini, micro and nano format.
Some of our offer are also available in eSIM format but only some of the devices are compatible with this technology. Please read the compatible devices list carefully before your purchase. In addition, some carriers do not allow a SIM from another carrier. They could lock the eSIM installation. Check with your local carrier.
You can buy your eSIM Holiday before your departure. You will need an Internet connection to buy online and receive it by e-mail.
Next, you need to install your eSIM. You can install it before traveling or upon arrival. Your device must have an internet connection to install your eSIM. The activation will be done automatically once the SIM card will be under a european network coverage.
If you encounter any difficulties once you arrive in Europe, do not delete the SIM card because you cannot download it twice and contact our Customer Service
Your eSIM is delivered by email. It is also available in your customer account.
If you own an Iphone, please download the following guide: Download the Iphone installation guide. If you own an Android, please download the following guide: Download the Android installation guide
