Activation policy
Pre-activated SIM, please wait your arrival at destination before installing it on your device. Once in your device, it will automatically connect to the best local network. Please make sure your device is unlocked and roaming data activated. The apn will configure automatically, if not check our FAQ.
Expiry of plan
The plans proposed are prepaid plans, their validity lasts generally 5, 30, 15 or 30 days depending on the offer. The validity duration of a plan can be extended by the type of recharge chosen for this plan. The commercial conditions of the recharge (top-up) are mentioned in recharge details at purchase step.
You have 30 days to register
This SIM card comes with a French phone number. Please note you will need to complete a ‘Know Your Customer process’ to keep using it after the first 30 days as per French law. SIM is valid for 6 months renewable depending on the recharge chosen.
